It’s that time of year again! Join chef Steven Gedra of The Black Sheep, Feed Your Soul, and Slow Food Buffalo Niagara for the fourth installment of Big FUSS!

This fabulous food and drink event will take place Wednesday, November 12 at Artisan Kitchens & Baths (200 Amherst Street) from 5:30–8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $35; all tickets are will call.

This year, all of the funds raised at Big Fuss will go to Prudom Farms. This fifth generation Niagara County farm lost their barn and processing center to a fire last year. You can read more about their story here.

Several top chefs will join us, along with several purveyors of fine drink. As usual, our auction will be chock-full of killer food and drink-related items as well as one-of-a-kind offerings from local restaurants and businesses.

DJ Mike Cutler, will provide the soundtrack to our evening!

Please join us and help support Prudom Farms, who help all of us by supplying many local families and restaurants with fresh, healthy food.

Each of the chefs will prepare a spectacular bite featuring ingredients from local farms.

Guests joined the Nickel City Chefs at the Mansion on Delaware Avenue. This meal was a fundraiser that assisted the chefs with their trip to represent Buffalo in NYC at the James Beard House on October 16th. If you can’t join us there, be sure to join us here!

Guests will enjoy the same fantastic meal as NYC attendees, featuring fine food from the Nickel City Chefs: Jennifer Boye of Mansion on Delware Avenue, Adam Goetz of CRAVing, Brian Mietus of Bacchus, and JJ Richert of Torches.
